Organic sanitary pads on the anvil

SHILLONG: The Saiñdur Enviro Private Limited (SEPL), a company that produces SE Organic bags is now set to venture into producing organic sanitary pads.
Addressing a press conference, director of SEPL Napoleon Mawphniang said, “In just a few months we are preparing to come out with an organic sanitary pad used by women during their menstrual cycle. These pads will not pollute the environment after they are used.” He said that they are very different and are medically certified by doctors.
The SEPL plans to come up with the organic sanitary pad within 8-10 months.
Mawphniang also introduced Phiralin Nongbet winner of Mrs. Classic India, 2019 who will be the Brand Ambassador of Saiñdur Enviro Private Limited (SEPL) to sensitise the public on organic bags.
She will take part at the Mrs. TKS International, 2019 to be held in Singapore from November 1- 9.
