SHILLONG: Karatekas Wandahunshisha Mawblei has been selected to represent the country in the coming 5th South Asian Karate Championship 2019 to be held at Dhaka, Bangladesh from November 7-9, 2019.
She will be participating in the Girl’s Cadet Individual Kumite -54Kg. Wandashisha has been selected based on her performance in the KAI Cadet, Junior & U-21 National Karate Championship, 2019 held in Guwahati, Assam. Shri Donboklang Lyngdoh, State Coach has also been appointed as National Assistant Coach for the said Championship.
