SHILLONG: The Hynniewtrep Youth Council (HYC) has offered to help the local vendors in filling up the form for registration with the Khasi Hills Autonomous District Council (KHADC).
In a statement issued here, John Lyngdoh, president of HYC, Shillong City, said the vendors who protested against KHADC were misled by others who are involved in Benami business transactions.
The HYC has offered its services to the people and has requested those who find problems while filling up the forms to approach the office of the HYC at Mawlai Nongkwar, Basic School. They can also call 98637 42385 (president, HYC) or 70056 24948 (general secretary, HYC). It may be mentioned that the KHADC has given November 30 as deadline to the vendors to submit their forms.
