SHILLONG: Busy Shillongites can now get a taste of healthy food designed by nutritionists and prepared by expert chefs at The Stay-fit Kitchen which was launched on Monday at Eden Restaurant.
Founder of The Stay-fit Kitchen, Sunil Kakoria said that the journey of the Guwahati-based company started two-and-half years ago with the objective to provide fresh and nutritious food that can benefit fitness enthusiasts, corporate people, doctors, lawyers, business person or any individual who are busy in their work.
Speaking at the launch here at Eden Restaurant, he said, “We end up with eating lot of junk food when we are out. And Health is all about a simple formula, which is 70 per cent diet and 30 per cent workout, but practically, what is happening is just the opposite. People are giving time to their workout but not giving enough focus on the diet part”. To bridge the gap which will cater to better health through food, Kakoria said that food at The Stay-fit Kitchen is designed by nutritionists and then prepared by chefs.
The menu includes cold pressed juices for all kinds of health issues, post workout diet for gym-goers, high protein low carb diet, gluten-free diet, keto diet and much more.
“We are doing pretty well in Guwahati and now with the same motto we have entered Shillong market with our Master Franchise partner Jasimuddin Ahmed, a well-known face here, which has a restaurant with the name Eden in Police Bazar”, he said.
Their items will be available in Eden restaurant for dining and will be also in Nefoodish, the local food delivery partner and they will also be made available in all online platforms in Shillong. Kakoria said that the company is inviting applications for the Franchise for Cloud Kitchen, Take away station & Outlet. For more details people can approach the Master Franchise at Eden Restaurant.
