Garo Hills youth kills self

TURA:   A 20-year-old youth killed himself by hanging at his residence in Gonga Damal under Araimile police outpost in Tura on Monday morning.
The body of Jonty R Marak was found by his family members inside the house.
There has been rising cases of suicides among young men and women, especially teens in the region since the yesteryears.
Lack of counselling centres and experts to deal with social issues faced by the young minds has only added to the problem.
