Man succumbs to injuries
Meena Thapa lodged a complaint that on Monday around 5 am, two persons, viz. Vicky and Jeet along with two others identified as Bahhep and Bahrit, assaulted the complainant’s son Suresh Thapa (32) inside a wine store in Polo Bazar. Later, the accused again assaulted the victim at his residence in Polo. As a result, the victim sustained grievous injuries and was admitted at CH Shillong, where he succumbed to his injuries.

Jymmang Suting lodged a complaint that on Monday around 8 am, unknown miscreant(s) stole one welding machine and grinder machine valued around Rs 50,000 from Syntung village, EKH.
Mawshanlang Kharshanlor lodged a complaint that on Sunday morning, unknown miscreant(s) broke into the Raindrop Restaurant at Umjarasi, Ri Bhoi, and stole drill machine, cutting machine, grinder machine, etc., valued around Rs 14,100.
Silon Dkhar lodged a complaint that on January 12, two persons, viz. Ricky Suja and Kyrmen Sumer stole betel nuts from her garden at 94-Kuliang,

Shiv Prasad Shaw lodged a complaint that on January 16 around 4:49 am, one unknown miscreant stole motorcycle spare parts valued around Rs 70,000, from his shop at Municipal parking lot. The incident was recorded in the CCTV, installed in his shop premises.
Fraudulent transaction
Glory Lungditmawi Singte lodged a complaint that on Sunday around 8:14 pm, unknown miscreant(s) hacked her SBI account and withdrew/transferred Rs 15,600.
