SHILLONG: The Apex Council Meeting cum General Conference of Meghalaya Cricket Association will be held on January 29 at Shillong Club.The Apex Council will have for the first time representatives from the Judiciary in the Ombudsman and Ethics Officer, the Account General Office and Indian Cricket Association. The Apex Council will discuss the budget proposal of the association to the BCCI besides the road map of cricket development in the state besides other issues of infrastructure and cricket operations.
