Pema Khandu hails Assam for helping Arunachal students

GUWAHATI: Arunachal Pradesh CHief Minister, Pema Khandu has appreciated Assam government and Kamrup Metropolitan district administration for providing succour to students from Arunachal Pradesh who have remained stranded in Guwahati due to the 21-day lock down in view of COVID-19 pandemic.

The district administration in Kamrup (Metro) distributed free essential items among those stranded students from Arunachal Pradesh much to their succour.

“Thank you District Administration Kamrup (Metro), Guwahati for distributing free ration items to stranded students of Arunachal due to #COVID19 in Guwahati today through a local NGO. Thanks once again to Govt of Assam for taking care of our students!,” Khandu tweeted.
