MLA releases dos and dont’s list in Nongstoin

NONGSTOIN: The MLA of Nongstoin, Macmillan Byrsat, along with the vice chairman of Meghalaya Development Reform Commission AL Syiem on Saturday released a list of Dos and Donts to prevent the spread of COVID-19 in the district.
The pamphlet is written by Dr P Lyngkhoi, retired JT Director of Health Services and was published by Macmillan Byrsat, MLA of Nongstoin.
Speaking during the release of the pamphlets, Byrsat said that the pamphlets which were written in Khasi can reach out to the masses to create awareness on the deadly virus. It will be distributed to the people of Nongstoin and the district.
Syiem said that if the pamphlets can reach every house, the people will understand how to take care of themselves as well as their family.
Saying that the pamphlets can make its way to everyone in the district, he urged the residents of Nongstoin and the District to follow the instructions as there is no cure to the virus.
