GUWAHATI: A professor of Assam Agriculture University in Jorhat killed self in the university premises on Tuesday. Professor Dr. Abhijeet Sarma’s body was found hanging in a room in his office in the department.
The deceased has left a suicide note. Police have started investigation into the incident. No one has been arrested so far.
