Customers barred from Iewduh shop

SHILLONG: Amid sparse crowd and little to none trade at Iewduh, an unusual incident was reported, wherein on Monday, three persons — Abdul Quddus, Md Naushad and Md Zeeshan — obstructed customers from entering the shop by forcefully standing at the entrance.
In a report by the Meghalaya Police, MD Hussain, owner of the shop, alleged that the three persons restrained the customers from buying at the shop. Hussain had filed a complaint in this regard.
