Pema Khandu inaugurates landscape flower garden at Tawang

GUWAHATI: Arunachal Pradesh Chief Minister, Pema Khandu on Wednesday inaugurated a landscape flower garden at Tawang.

“The flower garden is located on the slopes of proposed mini secretariat in Tawang. The garden definitely will enhance the beauty of the secretariat,” Khandu said.

‘Inaugurated Landscape Flower Garden at Tawang today. The garden situated on the slopes of proposed mini secretariat Tawang will add to its scenic beauty,’ the CM tweeted.

The garden is an initiative of Arunachal Pradesh Horticulture Department and is funded under Chief Minister’s District Innovation.

Khandu also inaugurated the high altitude orchid conservation plot set up by the Forest Department at Tawang, which is an effort towards conservation as well as promotion of the orchids.
