One more returnee from Bihar tests positive in Meghalaya

GUWAHATI: One more returnee from Bihar to Umroi in Ri Bhoi District of Meghalaya has tested positive for COVID19 and is under quarantine. Total number active cases in the state are now 28 while number of recovered cases is 43.
