WKH man found hanging from tree

NONGSTOIN: A 48-year-old man from a village in West Khasi Hills was found hanging from a tree near the PWD road in Seinduli village on Tuesday.
The Headman of Tum Tum village, Winly Thongni, informed that the man, Dwing Kharbani, used a muffler to hang himself. Thongni said that passersby reported to him about seeing the man hanging.
The body was handed over to the family after observing legal formalitites.
