Shillong Faith Forum roots for reopening places of worship

SHILLONG: The All Shillong Faith Forum has conveyed to the Government in a meeting on Monday  that places of worship in the state can be reopened from the first week of October if the COVID-19 scenario improves in the state.

In this meeting, a sub-committee has been constituted with a few members of the Forum and the Chief Secretary as its Chairman, to revisit the protocols and SOPs which were notified for the reopening of places of worship.
