SHILLONG: A Rapido captain (rider) was reportedly assaulted by a group of miscreants near Dr. H Gordon Roberts Hospital, Jaiaw on Thursday.
It was learnt after perpetrating the assault, the miscreants took the bike away, which was later torched near Wahingdoh bridge in the evening. Police is yet to nab the miscreants.
