SHILLONG: Meghalaya Chief Minister, Conrad K Sangma underlined the need for an independent media for a strong democracy.
“I extend my warm greetings to all the members of the media fraternity. A bold, just & independent media is essential for creating a well informed public – a prerequisite for a strong democracy,” tweeted Conrad Sangma.
