Umling facilitation centre to become operational on Dec 21

SHILLONG: The Umling facilitation centre, scheduled to be inaugurated on Wednesday (December 16), will now be inaugurated on December 21 at 9.30 am and will be fully functional from the same day. This was informed by the Commissioner and Secretary, Tourism dept.
