Lady Keane College to celebrate tomorrow

SHILLONG, March 6: The Women’s Cell of Lady Keane College will celebrate the International Women’s Day on Monday at 1.30 pm on the college premises.
The programme will be thematised on ‘women in leadership’ and will be attended by East Khasi Hills Deputy Commissioner Isawanda Laloo as the chief guest.
On the other hand, the Meghalaya State Commission for Women will also organise a closeted conversation thematised on ‘Men for Women’ at the State Central Library, Shillong, on Wednesday.
According to a statement, the event will be supported by the National Commission for Women, New Delhi, and will be attended by eminent personalities.
