SHILLONG, July 8: In view of the upcoming celebration of Behdeinkhlam 2021 and associated religious ceremony at Iawmusiang, Jowai, on Friday and Saturday, the Superintendent of Police of West Jaintia Hills, has specified some traffic arrangement for public.
On Day 1 (Friday), entry from Thomas Junction towards Iawmusiang, and from DC Junction towards Iawmusiang, has been prohibited between 1 pm to 3 pm.
On Saturday, it has been specified that there will be no entry from Tpeppale towards Iawmusiang, and the same arrangement from Friday will also be applicable on the day between 12.30 pm to 3.30 pm.
