SHILLONG: The President of India has appointed Prof. Prabha Shankar Shukla, Professor of G B Pant University of Agriculture and Technology, Pantnagar, Uttarakhand as the Vice-Chancellor of North Eastern Hill University (NEHU) for a term of five years.
