Faithfulness Marngar has been awarded PhD from the Department of Adult and Continuing Education, North-Eastern Hill University, Shillong, for her thesis titled ‘Health Literacy of Adult Women in West Khasi Hills District of Meghalaya’, which she completed under the supervision of Dr Jemino Mawthoh and joint-supervision of professor RN Rai. She is the daughter of Ismawell Shiji Lyngdoh and Trinity Marngar, and a resident of Pyndengrei, Nongstoin, and currently residing at Mawlai Mawdatbaki, Shillong.
Iwiwanini JD Kharlukhi has been awarded PhD from the Department of Adult and Continuing Education, North-Eastern Hill University (NEHU), Shillong, for her research on the topic ‘National Rural Health Mission: A Study of ASHA on Health Care Practices in Rural Areas of Meghalaya’ under the supervision of Prof E Jyrwa. Iwiwanini is the daughter of Baiadalin Kharlukhi and IJ Dhar and is a resident of Mawlai Iewrynghep.
