SHILLONG, Feb 16: United XI defeated Royal CC by 5 wickets in their Shillong Cricket Association Super Division match after a tight bowling spell by Player-of-the-Match Naveen Kumar, here on Wednesday. Royal CC won the toss and batted first, before being bowled out for 85 runs in 31.2 overs. Aman Kumar scored 39 runs off 84 balls while Naveen took 4/19 from his 8 overs. In reply, United XI got to 88/5 in 23.3 overs, Rohit Shah top-scoring with 32. Abhishek Kumar took 3/28 from his 8 overs.
