SHILLONG, Feb 22: Nongmensong CC’s wicket-keeper batter Arpit Bhatwera emerged the highest-run scorer in the Shillong League Super Division 2021-22 with a total of 295 runs in five innings.
Arpit was instrumental in taking his team to the semi-finals this year in the Super Division league.
He was also part of the Meghalaya Cricket Association Camp for the Ranji Trophy held at Guwahati and scored 98 in the first innings before adding an unbeaten 44 runs in the second innings.
Meanwhile, Raj Biswa of NFU was the highest wicket-taker in the Shillong League Super Division, picking up 11 wickets from his five matches.
