Minor boy goes missing

SHILLONG, Feb 28: A mentally challenged 17-year-old boy, Master Namebanshailang Thabah, son of Youmika Thabah of Rynjah, Pdengshnong, went missing since February 21 from his residence.
Thabah is five feet tall, has fair complexion and oval-shaped face.
He was last seen wearing a black sweater, grey trousers and blue slippers.
