Awareness
An awareness programme on road safety will be organised at 11 pm on Friday at State Central Library, Shillong. A statement in this regard informed that as part of the awareness programme, a free pollution test will also be conducted for all vehicles in collaboration with the Meghalaya State Pollution Control Board, Shillong.

In view of an ongoing shifting work of the existing LT Lines to new poles from Nongthymmai Jingkieng up to Dhankheti, the Executive Engineer, Shillong East Distribution, MePDCL, has asked the cable TV and broadband operators to remove the cables from the poles by April 28.

The Meghalaya Yoga Association has informed that the 41st State Yogasana Contest 2022 will be held at 2 pm on May 14 at Jail Road Boys Higher Secondary School auditorium.
