SHILLONG, Aug 27: Students and teachers of Loreto Convent School paid visit to the Institute of Bioresources and Sustainable Development (IBSD), Node Meghalaya, during which they were acquainted with different activities of the institute, research laboratories scientific instruments and available local bioresources particularly medicinal plants.
The sensitisation of the students was held in a bid to promote awareness of science and technology, and their sustainable utilisation towards development of local bioresources.
