One Shankari Dutta of RR Colony, Rynjah, registered an FIR at Rynjah Police Station stating that her husband Tagar Dutta (51) has been missing since September 23 from her residence. People with his whereabouts can contact 2222214, 2230402 or 8837282114.
Body found
A decomposed body of a man was seen in Umiam river near Nongpathaw Bridge circa 6 pm on September 29. Accordingly, it was shifted to Shillong Civil Hospital. After post-mortem examination, the body was kept at the hospital’s morgue room for identification and claim. Concerned persons have been requested to take the body at the earliest.
Competition
Shillong Science Centre will be conducting a state-level Science drama competition on the theme ‘Science and Technology for the benefit of Mankind’ for different district schools of the state on October 13 at the Science Centre, NEHU Campus, Shillong.
