SHILLONG, Oct 30: A moderate intensity earthquake measuring 3.9 on the Richter scale rocked Shillong and its adjoining areas on Sunday evening.
The tremor was registered at 8.15 pm. The epicenter of the earthquake was 45 km South East of Shillong.
