MoS takes stock of devp in RB under aspirational district prog

NONGPOH, Dec 1: Union Minister of State for Commerce and Industry, Som Parkash, on Thursday visited Ri-Bhoi district and chaired a review meeting on various developmental works implemented in the district through the Aspirational District Programme (ADP).
The review meeting was held at the Conference Hall of the office of Ri-Bhoi Deputy Commissioner.
During the review meeting, the DC, Arpit Upadhyaya briefed the MoS on the progress of works with regard to different key indicators such as health and nutrition, education, agriculture, horticulture, veterinary, rural development, skill and infrastructure etc., being carried out under the Aspirational District Programme.
After observing the data, the MoS expressed satisfaction over the progress so far achieved.
