EGH DC’s order on flags, banners

Tura, Jan 10: The East Garo Hills (EGH)  Deputy Commissioner has directed all political parties to obtain written permission from his office (Election) prior to the putting up of any flags, banners and signage in the district.

In an order issued here on Monday, the official also directed that such flags, banners, hoardings and signage be removed immediately on completion of the programme or as per terms given in the conditions.
