2 drug peddlers nabbed

SHILLONG, Feb 6: Continuing its tirade against the menace of drugs, the Anti Narcotics Task Force of East Khasi Hills Police on Monday apprehended two drug smugglers at View Point, Mawiong, and from Mawiong Umjapung.
From their possession, four soap cases of heroin weighing 55.35 grams, two vials of heroin weighing 0.25 grams, an empty vial and a syringe, and around Rs 63000 in cash, besides a vehicle (ML05J-5387) and two mobile phones were seized.
