Shillong, March 1: Meghalaya BJP leader AL Hek today said that the party would welcome even parties like TMC and Congress to form a ruling alliance provided they approach the BJP for the same.
Earlier, Hek refused to acknowledge the exit polls which have predicted NPP to emerge as the single largest party.
