SHILLONG, March 7: In the match between Sputnik and NFU, Sputnik won the toss and elected to bat first putting up 202/7 in 40 overs. Swarajeet Das scored 58 off 66 while Tariq Siddique scored 41 off 51. Akash Kumar Choudhary was the pick of the bowlers picking up 2 for 29 in 8 overs. Netesh Sharma bowled 7 overs and took 2 for 37. In reply, NFU were bundled out for 108/10 in 29.2 overs. Raj Biswa scored 35 off 31 while Purajit Mandal scored 21 off 40. Swarjeet took 4wickets for just 13 runs in 6 overs. While Aryan Bora chipped in with 3 for 24 in 7.2 overs.Sputnik won the match by 94 runs and Swarjeet Das of Sputnik was the man of the matchafter a fine display with both bat and ball.
