SHILLONG, June 30: Leader of Opposition, Ronnie V. Lyngdoh on Friday hailed the NPP-led MDA 2.0 Government for awarding the Shillong Western Bypass project to different agencies.
Lyngdoh thanked the government and the PWD Minister for taking up this project that would give much-needed relief from traffic congestion in Shillong once it is open for traffic.
