Actress Adah Sharma reveals her favorite superhero – Hanuman

Shillong, August 22: Adah Sharma, soon to be seen as a female superhero in an international project, opened up about her favorite superhero, sharing her admiration for Hanuman.

As per IANS, when questioned about her preferred superhero, Adah spoke highly of Hanuman’s attributes, including his courage, humility, strength, devotion, focus, and knowledge. She noted that Hanuman’s exceptional musical talents and his ability to transform into various forms, from a small fly to a massive golden figure, make him stand out.

The actress, known for reprising her role as Bhavana Reddy in the recently released Commando series, expressed that Hanuman is her ultimate superhero. Adah’s connection to Hanuman goes beyond mere admiration. She previously shared a viral video in which she demonstrated silambam while reciting the Hanuman chalisa. Additionally, her iconic scene from her debut film ‘1920’ involved the recitation of the Hanuman chalisa.

Adah gained acclaim for her performance in ‘The Kerala Story’, which achieved significant success at the box office. Riding on the film’s triumph, she is currently enjoying a high point in her career. The film narrates the story of Fatima Ba, a converted Muslim woman who details her journey from aspiring to become a nurse to being abducted, radicalized into an ISIS terrorist, and incarcerated in Afghanistan.

Directed by Sudipto Sen, the film also features Yogita Bihani and Sonia Balani in prominent roles.
