Shillong, September 6: Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) MP Raghav Chadha and Bollywood actress Parineeti Chopra are set to tie the knot in Udaipur, Rajasthan later this month. The wedding ceremonies are scheduled for September 23 and 24, and they will take place at two prestigious venues, the Leela Palace and The Oberoi Udaivilas.

As per India Today, elaborate arrangements have been put in place to accommodate more than 200 guests, including over 50 VVIP attendees who will participate in the wedding festivities. Preparations for the ceremonies at both hotels commenced immediately after the bookings were confirmed.

Among the esteemed guests expected at the wedding are AAP supremo and Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, as well as his Punjab counterpart, Bhagwant Mann. Additionally, Parineeti Chopra’s cousin Priyanka Chopra and her husband Nick Jonas will grace the occasion.

According to sources connected with the hotels, the wedding celebrations, encompassing haldi, mehendi, and ladies’ sangeet ceremonies, will commence on September 23. Following the wedding, a reception is scheduled to take place in Gurugram, Haryana.

In anticipation of the event’s significance and the presence of VVIP guests, intelligence officers have conducted inspections at the selected hotels. Two months ago, Raghav Chadha and Parineeti Chopra personally visited Udaipur to assess the venues.

On May 13, the couple got engaged at the Kapurthala House in Delhi, attracting a roster of high-profile guests, including politicians like Arvind Kejriwal, Bhagwant Mann, former union ministers P Chidambaram and Kapil Sibal, and Shiv Sena leader Aaditya Thackeray.
