Shillong, September 8: Megastar Amitabh Bachchan displayed a heartwarming gesture on the reality quiz show ‘Kaun Banega Crorepati’ season 15 when he gifted his jacket to a contestant.
In a new promo shared by Sony TV on social media, a male contestant seated on the hot seat expressed that he was feeling cold on the set of ‘KBC 15’.
The contestant said, “Itni thand hai yahan pe, mera haath bhi kaam nahi kar raha hai” (It’s so cold here, I can’t even use my hands).
In response, Big B kindly offered, “Thandi ko kam karna hai, ye boliye hamko, ham karwa denge” (You want to reduce the cold, just let me know, I can take care of that).
He then instructed the crew, saying, “Aee bhaisahab hamara aadmi hai usko bolo jo ham jacket pehen ke aaye hain, wo le aaye” (Hey, please ask my team member who brought the jacket I wore earlier today to bring it).
Big B reassured the contestant, saying, “Yahin gaadi se laana hai, ghar nahi jaana hai usko” (It’s in the car, no need to go all the way to my home).
With the jacket in hand, Amitabh Bachchan presented it to the contestant, saying, “Ye hamari taraf se aapko ek bhent (gift) hai. Saari suvidhaayen hai yahan par bhaisahab” (This is a gift from us. All conveniences are available here, sir).
He then assisted the contestant in wearing the jacket, which had a white and black print, and humorously added, “Iss khel ke floor manager ham hain” (I’m the floor manager on this game show). The contestant expressed his admiration for the 80-year-old actor.
