Congratulating the villagers and community leaders of Sulguri A village for their overall performance, he said that it would encourage other villages to strive for the same level of commitment toward sanitation and waste management. On waste management and garbage disposal, the Deputy Commissioner admitted that the DC’s office and other departmental offices have to struggle over garbage disposal and said that having a Municipal Board in the district would help in solving the crisis.
