NGO contributes gowns, masks to city hospital

SHILLONG, Feb 3: Shubham Charitable Association on Friday presented 275 hospital gowns and 200 washable masks made by its students to Ganesh Das Hospital on Friday.
The contribution has been made by the students and members of Shubham Charitable Association, who are proving their dedication through social services.
The founder and president of Shubham Charitable Association, Pushpa Bajaj, mentioned that the students and the members of Shubham have contributed to the doctors and the staff of Ganesh Das Hospital to keep them safe while providing medical services.
She also wants the students and other associated people to be helpful to the community and contribute to social services.
‘This contribution not only steps towards a healthy and safe society but also shows that the young generation can bring positive changes through their positive contribution to society’, she said.
