Nagpur-based institute to study pollution in Byrnihat

SHILLONG, March 4: The CSIR-National Environmental Engineering Research Institute, Nagpur has been tasked by the state government with conducting a study in order to identify the source of the pollution and implement appropriate remedial measures.
The government anticipates that the study’s results will be available by December of this year as it must cover all four seasons.
