13-yr-old boy goes missing in Shillong

SHILLONG, April 18: A 13-year-old boy, who had gone for a morning walk, went missing in the state capital on April 14.
An FIR has also been registered in this regard at Madanrting Police Station.
According to FIR, the boy, identified as one Shivam Kumar Ray, had gone for a morning walk at 6 am without informing anyone.
When he did not return, Shivam’s family extensively searched for him but to no avail.
Meanwhile, it was informed that Shivam has a dark complexion, is approximately 4-foot tall, has a thin built, has a mole on his left cheek, has short black hair, has oval-shaped face, and speaks three languages, viz. Hindi, English and Bihari.
It was also informed that Shivam might have been wearing red jacket, a pair of jeans and a pair of black casual shoes.
