Members of the All Garo Hills Nengminja Mahari Association during their meeting at Asanang on Tuesday. During the meeting, a resolution was taken by the
association to maintain status quo on the Meghalaya State Reservation Policy,
1972. A committee headed by retired bureaucrat, Arlene MN Sangma, as
Convenor was also constituted to submit its views and suggestions
to the Expert Committee of the Job Reservation Policy.
