City college celebrates 31st foundation day

SHILLONG, Aug 24: Buddha Bhanu Saraswati (BBS) College on Friday celebrated its 31st foundation day with a programme here.
According to a statement here, the programme was attended by members of the governing body as the resource person, as well as the college faculty and students.
During the programme, vice principal Sunita Lama highlighted the college’s achievements and emphasised the importance of teamwork and dedication.
The gathering was then treated to a cultural programme with students showcasing their talents in music, dance, drama, et al.
On the occasion, students, who excelled in academics, sports and extracurricular activities, were felicitated with awards and certificates.
