The Nehru Yuva Kendra, Shillong will be hosting the Inter State Youth Exchange Programme from February 16-20 at Youth Hostel. Director of Sports and Youth Affairs Government of Meghalaya DD Shira will grace the occasion as chief guest on the opening day.
