Shillong, April 24: In solidarity with the nation that is grieving the gruesome killing of innocent tourists by terrorists at Pahalgam in Jammu and Kashmir on Tuesday last, Shillong Citizens Forum is organizing a “Candle Light Gathering for Pahalgam Victims” at Police Bazar in the city at 5 pm on Sunday, April 27 next.
