Milk price to get costlier by Rs 4 in city

SHILLONG, May 31: Milk is set to become costlier in Shillong as the Milkmen Association has decided to increase the price of the commodity by Rs 4 per litre.
The decision was taken due to the increasing prices of cattle feed and essential commodities, the association said. The price of milk will be Rs 54 per litre from June 1.
