The 131-feet high National Flag at Barik Point sports a hole near the Ashoka Chakra just six months after it was repaired and hoisted following a similar incident in January. The high-mast flag was unveiled on September 3 last year by Chief Minister Conrad Sangma in the PWD complex at Barik. (ST)
