The Shillong MP was addressing a special programme under the Swasth Nari, Sashakt Parivar Abhiyaan (SNSPA) organised at Smit PHC by the Office of the East Khasi Hills District Medical & Health Officer.
The nationwide campaign, being observed from September 17 to October 2, 2025, witnessed active participation from local communities, school students, health workers and representatives of village organisations.
