SHILLONG, Oct 27: The campus of Sharda World School, Agra, transformed into a stage of colour, creativity, and celebration as the school hosted its first Annual Day — Avartanam: The Voyage Back to Where We Belong. The evening reflected the school’s spirit of Elevating Futures — empowering learners to dream big while staying rooted in strong cultural values.
The celebration opened with a graceful lamp-lighting ceremony and a soulful welcome song that filled the air with warmth and joy.
Founder of Sharda World School, Prashant Gupta, addressed the audience with an inspiring message on nurturing confident, value-driven global citizens. His words resonated with parents and students alike.
The Annual Report, presented by the Head of School, highlighted the institution’s achievements, new initiatives, and creative milestones.
Management Trustee Seema Gupta and Co-Founder of the Early Learning Centre, Priyanka Gupta, graced the occasion, applauding the students’ enthusiasm and the team’s dedication behind the event.
Gul Panag, acclaimed actor and social entrepreneur, joined as chief guest and hosted Sharda Open Talk, where she led a powerful and thought-provoking conversation on Parenting and Women Entrepreneurship. Her candid reflections on balance, ambition, and empathy struck a deep chord with the audience.
The highlight of the evening, the dance-drama ‘Avartanam’, took spectators on a vibrant journey across eight nations, concluding with a heartfelt realisation — that true identity and belonging begin at home.
